Should I stay at this workplace?

My seniors from different departments gave me feedback on one of my reports I presented, not constructive feedback but ok as I at least got to know what I am doing wrong. But the very next day they are also shaming and belittling on the same mistake. This is something that they do often. I like the work here but not the people anymore. How to best handle this situation?
