Working at a Pre-Seed or Seed stage startup?

As a fresher, should I focus only on developing my experience or should I care about funding, number of employees and all that stuff?

While it can work both ways, sometimes the best startups were formed during downturns. Startup involves risk, so this can pan out for the better eventually.
