So how do you actually go about finding jobs?

Curious to hear how Grapeviners go about finding and profiling jobs, companies and roles.

Which sites do you visit, are there any newsletters to follow, tips to find roles people could be interested to grow into?

Don't use cutshort, absolute waste of time. Instahyre will get you the most hits and calls apart from referrals and linkedin cold messaging.
Try TopHire for a month, even BigShyft if you can handle it. Create a spreadsheet with all company names, HR contact and progress. All the best in your journey

Could you elaborate a bit more about: "Try TopHire for a month, even BigShyft if you can handle it."

What are the challenges in handling a job search through these platforms?

TopHire dies down after a month. They only focus on new signups. BigShyft companies take too long to respond plus theres too few openings anyways. Too many applications can become a hassle to manage. If you feel like you are getting too many calls, better to apply only good companies on BigShyft
