Share startup and tech giants names from which you got the offer. What kind of things are you looking to do? What excites you most from the engineering stand point of view. Building out the new things. Working on maintaining an already built product. How much effort are you going to put? Startups require more effort and ability to handle things on your own. Instead of getting micro managed and always crazy deadlines.
