Suggestions for job change

I have been at a company since 2.6 yrs as a founding engineer (joined here as a fresher). I am a graduate from IIT Delhi. I am paid well (50 LPA cash + decent stocks). The work culture of where I am is pretty amazing (5-6 hrs work, 5 days a week), WFH. Since I joined when the company was growing, I am well respected. I would also go in length to say that I don't expect the culture to be this good anywhere else. However it has been pretty boring lately, the work is very monotonous ( I am a backend engineer with pretty decent technical skills). I think I have little opportunity to grow here. What should I do ?

PS: I got interview calls from various startups but most of them are just matching my salary but after doing some research I see that they are demanding lots of work (12 hrs, sometimes weekends included)

There is a wave to cut cost across the board and founders trying to get everyone to work more than before for same pay with hardly any hike. Switching is not an option for you until thos wave passes (a couple of years at most).

Stick with the current job, show more hunger and help get more things done. You will have designation growth like crazy - since you already have an insane salary.

Also this is what I'm hearing from my Tech Lead friends - they can now using co-pilot, do the work of 3-4 SDE1s in a day. Junior engineers are screwed - as lot basic libraries and component codes could be written by copilot and just a experienced person has to review or edit it to specific cases. Try to be that smart thinking, wide skilled senior engineer.

My suggestion would be stick to your current job for at least couple of more years. Try to do new things in your company and get more invaluable. You have a real chance of becoming principled/staff engg in a very short duration of time.

Over demanding you seem to be at this point in your career. Sab kuch thaali mein parosa hua kyu chahiye ? Grind !!

I agree that's over demanding and hence the dilemma.
What are the suggestions ?
