I already have an offer with 70% hike and I am getting 30 to 40% more hike as a counter from different organisations. I would like to know if it is good to accept a counter offer? Because the first organisation was waiting for the last 3 months for me and I am not getting how to say no all of a sudden for joining. Should I reject a counter offer?

This is the correct answer. Neither would think twice before laying you off so check the offer break up carefully, check last quarter results including projected results for next quarter and take the decision.
Go where you are valued for the same amount of hours you're going to invest. Earn more and crib less or more 😁. It's better to whine with more salary than think of the missed opportunity.
