Hey folks, just wanted to know how are you all taking care of your mental health on a daily basis and stuff that can be incorporated in your daily routine.
Slept at around 5,6 am the past few days and my brain is fucked. Feels like something stuck in the head. Sleep is so crucial.

And here I am not even including the time with family/ friends/ relationship(I don't have one)
