Living in 3bhk with friends. Will share my basic min expenses.
Rent 16k Cook,maid, electricity, misc -4k Grocery -5k Travel office 2500(rapido mostly) Basic outing(2x per month to keep you sane) - 2500

Around 30k you need to have a comfortable lifestyle.

You can cut down on rent and stay with another person in room and that will bring down your expenses to 22k.

If you are single starting out minimum of 35k per month is needed given you can live in sharing or PG

Lived in a 2 sharing PG room for 8 months, max expenditure in a month was 17k, 20k is good enough to live normal life.
