People could really go to any extent for fulfilling the OKRs and bumping revenue numbers 📈 Folks, take a pause before what you are actually shipping/building
this could be solved if the developers think like a product manager i.e from a customer's point of view instead of blindly following instructions for money
That’s quite a narrow overview. There’s no one group of people who are responsible for shipping things. I would like to think PM, developer, designer and even execs all are equal into the game.
