Kindly note :- Swiggy continuously did multiple silent PIPs and then multiple layoffs. Then Rehiring in same teams in low salary. This process in in repeat mode here. The culture and all have become extremely bad (in tech) since 2 years. So pls make sure you do all the research before joining. Would suggest to join only in case you don't have any other offer or just wanted to join to get some experience. Also note few other companies are also doing similar things.
Unfortunately people posting about jobs won't tell you these things....mostly in hope of referral bonus and all.

I partially agree with your view. There is definitely a decline in the balance of the system due to profitability concerns and the upcoming IPO. However, this is true for all big startups in this funding winter. From the perspective of people struggling to find a job after graduating from college, Swiggy still offers a significant platform to learn, make contacts, and grow in their careers. I found the best peer group here.
The decline in work culture is often exaggerated sentimentally. If I had to start over, I would still prefer to be hired at Swiggy 🧡
If you're not familiar with the industry, let me tell you that this year only 80k students were hired through campus placements in India, compared to 600k just two years ago. People are really struggling to find jobs, so any company opening up positions is a blessing in disguise.
Bhi i have applied for the swiggy ASDE, first I cleared the OA that was easy but the Actual game started after that. Then the have shared one assignment to do. I competed the assignment and 1 day after that I got the rejection email. But after 10 days I got that call from HR and she was asking for the availability for lld interview. Same my interview went well. But on that day itself i got the rejection email. So what do u think will I get the call for next round? Or really I got rejected.
*If anyone wants proof i have all the proofs.
