I am a CA and a banker. I worked for 5 years with ICICI. Switched 2 jobs in next 3 years. Now with ICICI again.. whether I should stay for long term here or keep switching.

This surprises me when even super educated people feel the need to ask this question.
Will ICICI think twice before diverting resources to better profitable products of the company?. Will they think twice before cutting down on loss making products/ divison/ people?. Why do salaried employees get this doubt?. If someone pays 15% more, there should be no second thought.
