I have 9 years of experience in software development. Is the paid course by Gaurav Sen about system design on interview ready really useful? Thinking of buying it for interview preparation.

System Design references I like

  1. Educative’s Grokking, since you have 9 yoe, this should not be too advanced for you I am sure.

  2. System Design Primer - Everyone’s first read I guess. Good set of problems, and detailed resources included.

  3. Concept and Coding YT - I have not purchased Gaurav Sen’s course, so can’t make a fair comparison, but if you think cost of YT premium + This channel’s membership, it would be cheaper.

  4. Hussein Nasser - Man is a legend, Check out his YT and his courses

Not sure about Interview Ready, but I have paid for few system design resources, and I can say YT has everything, like concept and coding channel. And if you wish to get in depth of some topic, you can find the right resources easily using chatGPT
