Hi I got OL from tcs ninja ,i am 2024 passout when can I expect joining , any idea and suggestions
If you have got tcs ninja and have no other jobs at this point of time, there is a high chance that you will not be allowed to attend any other interview from your college and there are a few companies who are recruiting freshers, Join TCS with a positive attitude work there study learn whatever is your goal according to that, switch job within 2 years

you will probably be getting a joining letter in 3-4 months, and the rarest chance is that you will get a project in a month but mostly it takes 3 4 months and if it is in area of your interested tech stack. I will not suggest you to join TCS as a fresher. if you want to opt for service based companies try applying in Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture. Compared to TCS you will get better exposure there. I'm also not an expert but please give interviews to other companies, also do not fear rejections. take it as an experience.
@luffyyy i have offer from tech mahindra for ase with 2yr bond, joining in next week, and tcs ninja with 1yr bond, joining don't know, anytime in next 5 months, what should i join. i am confused
Try some more companies and keep tcs as last resort you can hop around some time and later come to tcs

I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).
I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.
I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).
As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast...
I have an onboarding on January 1st, 2025. Does anyone else have an onboarding on January 1st at TCS? Can we rely on TCS about this dates?
