MBA with 3 YOE in Business Analytics role. I want to pivot in Bs Strategy role. Somewhere I can build strategies to help the business grow. It could be a startups CXO office or a top global consulting firm. Please suggest how to go about this?

It shouldn’t be a difficult move tbh since you’re in BA anyway. Try applying to EIR/Chief of staff roles in startups.

Thanks for the suggestion. Two more questions:

  1. How much of Strategy and BA go hand in hand? As in what's the overlap between to the two depts?
  2. What does your normal day look like in a strategy role?

How? I’ve been trying to switch to Strategy or Growth PM role but everyone wants experience or MBA.

MBA is not mandatory. Everyone in our team is a non MBA. PM switches are easier internally. If your profile doesn’t justify why you want to move, maybe try consulting an easily stage startup.
