Form a small bubble of people around you, those favorites should be the only ones making any progress in the company. Importantly, all others should feel outsiders at all times. Foster a culture of bootlicking from day 1 in your company!

Become an expert gaslighter and gaslight your employees into overworking at every opportunity. Provide measly ESOPs with BS clauses to scam them out of their rights to exercise even after vesting. Keep promoting your bootlickers or even straight up just hand them C-Suite or executive positions. Micromanage the shit out of everyone - from CXOs to unpaid interns. And yes, of course, never pay your interns. Heck, don't even pay your employees regularly (except your bootlickers of course).

If you can do all of this, you might stand a chance at being atleast half as toxic as many founders here.
