Would people actually want to try it? I will sell it out of my Swift's boot. I work as a ML Engineer but cooking is my passion.

My 2 Rs 1.Be ready to fail (I hope you don't, but the food bus is tough!) 2. if you do fail. Nothing changes - you are still an awesome chef! And you can try again with some learnings 3. I am willing to try again and again. I hope I make it big.
Go for it.
The worst possible outcome is you close and shut shop, (i really hope it does not go that way) , taking away some great learnings.
The best possible outcome is you have 2nd source of income, and who knows, maybe a way out of usual corporate world onto something that you love. Best of luck.
Do tell us how it goes.
Thank you so much
