Thinking of starting a Patties/Puff Stall on weekends in HSR Layout

This is basically a Customized Patties/Puff filled with some sauces, onion and bhujia.

Has anyone tried anything like these before. This is mostly famous in some parts of rajasthan like Kota, Jaipur, Alwar, Bharatpur, etc.
