This seems pretty old 1996 paper. Not at all useful now ?
So Yoshua Bengio is a legend, there must be something to learn here.
Then look at Turing and Einstein papers. What logic is this ? Science is built over past research so anything beyond 5-6 years in CS or AI is stale. One shouldnt waste time if you are a serious programmer or even a serious student.
