This will probably be their last round of funding before the IPO or to get profitability so they are cost cutting and will be using the money very judiciously. They can’t do much in this case as they have to follow the conditions of investors to secure the funding.

Udaan have one year to do or die
While 340 million funding seems big, it is nothing in terms of Udaan's annual losses and can give them a runway for year and a half.
