Why are tier 1 City people richer then tier2 and tier3 cities?
Per capita income is more in mega cities why only those cities?
Why are tier 1 cities like Delhi and Bangalore more expensive than tier 2 cities?? What kind of facilities/opportunities does tier 1 city people enjoy?? Does tier 1 city people think of moving to tier 2/3 city??

It is a demand supply issue, more people want to live in Delhi vs Ludhiana and similarly, Bangalore vs Mangalore.
Why demand is more? Better hospitals, better schools, better malls, better networking, better leisure activity, availability of airport nearby and so on
Only those people move to Tier-2 from Tier-1, those can continue to earn well in Tier-1 or start facing health issues due to traffic, pollution etc. Else, they continue to live in Tier-1

I know a lot of companies are hiring for roles with competitive offers that are in sync with Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Why not stay away from metros given the right opportunities? Would love to hear your thoughts.
