Tips for a newbie

Hello world! After a really long and hard struggle panning over a year, I finally switched PM role at an startup. Having managed to go survive college decently and getting a decent analytics job(did APM work as well), I expected the job hunt to be a little easier than what I had to go through, and landing the offer boosted my confidence back a little.

I am really excited to start this new role in the next 15 days, feeling very ambitious, and I foresee that the team is small and the role might involve a lot of responsibility and ownership and little less guidance than what I am used to. I am scared a little and my anxiety is kicking in and somehow my confidence seem to be dropping, and I really wanna be good and do good in this new firm.

So, reaching out to friends, seniors and all folks of product! Your tips and lessons on the journey of first month or two, for a smoother sail.
