To all the freshers out there

How do you guys get interview calls off campus? I've been trying to get a job for the past few months, solved numerous DSA and yet , it feels like recruiters don't even look at my resume.

Let's help each other and list all the strategies we know down in the comments.

My story : So I landed an internship (Algo Intern) at a lifestyle company (which is kind of a tech company) 5 months ago, and have been looking for a job ever since. I did get placed at a smaller company during college, but I took a bet and rejected it because I thought my company would convert my internship once it received further funding. It's safe to say I lost that bet. Ever since then, whenever I receive an email, my heart skips a beat, thinking, maybe, just maybe, it's an email regarding an interview. It feels just like those moments when every potential notification could be from your crush – your heart races a bit faster, your eyes dart to your phone, and anticipation tingles through you.

Just keep grinding and keep trying. Apply using referrals only. Reach out to recruiters directly. Eventually you'll land on something good. Remember, luck is also a factor. All the best!

Here's mine : Obviously reaching out to your network would be the best option. But since I am a fresher, I am often met with reluctance and ignorance. Surprisingly, Google employees are the only ones who reply, ig they must have prepared extra hard for the googliness round XD
