Trying for job switch but unable to get any calls or interviews. What am I doing wrong?

I work in a well know product company but still I am unable to get any interview calls or even a email. Once I apply, all I am getting is rejection mail or no response. Is my resume bad? I have gotten promotion in my current job and also did some great achievements. What am I missing?

How long ago did you start applying, what's your yoe? It took me more than a month to start getting calls, and even then I was ghosted after the handful of interviews that were scheduled.

It may not be you, it's just a bad market. Keep applying, hope you find a good opportunity soon 🤞

Trying to switch from Jan 2024..still no luckkk.. Applied in more than 1000+ companies.. I gave 14 interviews till now.. Rejected in all.. That's the story... Started doubting my skillset.. Frustrated, exhausted and demotivated with all the process..
