25LPA for 4 YOE in analytics. Is it underpaid or not?

PMs with similar background and experience make 15-20% more than me. Should I move to product?

This is decent. Moving to a PM function just because it pays better is not wise. They also manage a lot more responsibility and have terrible WLB.
