In cities like Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad the in hand salary of two months can cover on an average 6-10 months of rent but not for the whole year for sure in gated societies.
Only those who are getting the top tier salary for them only the case might be different.
I know a lot of companies are hiring for roles with competitive offers that are in sync with Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Why not stay away from metros given the right opportunities? Would love to hear your thoughts.
