UPDATES REGARDING CLOUD KITCHEN

Hello everyone,I hope you remember me. I am a student studying at one of the IIMs. Yesterday was my first day of opening a cloud kitchen on Swiggy, Zomato, and Thrive.I received 0 orders from Zomato and Thrive, but I got 3 orders on Swiggy (2 from friends and family). One order was organic, which I suppose is at break-even (they share detailed stats after a week). The reviews I received are as follows:Packaging: Looks clean and gives the impression of a healthy place to order from.Food: Customers wanted more quantity and a little more spice. I think I can adjust that. But my main question is, how can I attract more customers? I am already offering the maximum discounts.

Thanks for any advice and help!😃

Google listing SEO Try paid channels a little bit to check how leads are generating Open instagram and make food reels

You can be someone who is openly showing kitchen
hook can be “you should know from where you’re ordering”
Build a trust and community
Its a long game Best luck

Instagram is the best place i think, ask local influencers and insta handle owners based on that location who can post for you
