Moonlight tax
So my friend moonlights, does two jobs. My friend was wondering if one jobs income can be shown as business income? Or does that need some other contract? Does anyone know?
As a fresh graduate there are no jobs in software developer, and the ones that r there are paying peanuts.
My friend has an offer as an intern and a full time somewhere else. Does it count as moonlighting legally if u are doing both? Since one is an internship
I feel like i get it, he needs to pay his bills and he doesn't owe these guys anything, they wanna pay peanuts, they expect a person to live off of it, ofc they would look for other op.
And it's not a forever thing, the internship ends in a month and a half.
Is he an asshole for this?
Lol even I am in the same boat, graduated this year and doing internship since past more than 1.5 years and now they are telling that they will convert me when they raise series A funding though I am getting paid some what okayish,
so I have now got another offer from a US based company but there is 2 weeks trial period and hence I have not resigned yet, so I am doing two jobs now, 1 is morning 9 30 to 6 30 or 7 and then 7 30 to 1 30🙂 but I thank God that I did not resigned from internship, though I am getting paid in dollars in new company but the work is shit like I am not learning anything there, its very basic work Whereas at my internship I am constantly challenged( though this is no more a internship I work at par the full time employees and deliver the same)
