I am a fresher. What do I need to be a job ready backend developer? What are the things a fresher must have to enter this field?

For becoming a backend developer you need a language to learn like Java or python or Ruby or javascript etc. after that try learning their frameworks for creating backend services and APIs and finally start creating projects from basic CRUD operations to advanced ones get hands-on and then you are ready for interviews.
