You may join startups with the hope having freedom of experiments and you can that as well, where you will be allowed to dive into your thoughts and organize them to allow organisation benifits. Everything will be soothing. But some odd day an investor will wakeup and will ask founders what about the profits and everything will starts looking like shinking ship, now magic of freedom will be gone. You will try find your survival. This will get even worse when you will see your colleagues will start getting impacted. You yourself will start realising that your salary is now systematically being delayed.

So you should try a well cultured mnc not a startup.
