WFH is better, given you are willing to work, learn. I am 1 yr experienced, worked hard from home[hustled], got laid off and got 6 new offers within 1.5 months bcz my resume became good + my manager and colleague helped me with referral

Depends on company, but I agree wfo is better for freshers, not just to learn skills but also soft skills.

This depends on person to person. You could either be abusing WFH freedom or using the extra time to upskill & improve yourself.

For a junior person: Passive learning is a thing. If your colleagues are actually nice then WFO can be really good onboarding experience. Just hearing from colleagues discussing problems they are working its just speeds up the learning process.

I know these days you can get good answers for long form questions from ChatGPT however you need that curiosity in you to ask the questions in the first place. Hence the passive learning.
