WFO vs WFH

As someone who is in very early stages of his/her career( 2-3 years), what should one give preference to work from office or work from home?

I've been working from home since the beginning of my career and I've progressed far more than I would've if I'd gone to an office

I think it really depends on the kind of opportunity you're presented with

I've been wfh for the past 4 months and this is my first company in my career, i think i'm missing out on office experience. On the other hand i have more free time, freedom to work on tasks at any time of the day as it is a flexible 24hr shift and i can go to the gym in the evening. I really want to experience the outside world more as i think i'm getting used to this and would not perform well in my second job if it's wfo.

@TorqueMilch same. sadly my timings are afternoon(like 2ish)-evening(11pm ish) so idk how it'd work from wfo. one thing at a time, i guess.

Wfo is better in early stages of career

Agreed but only if the company is paying enough to live comfortably in Bangalore. Most companies don’t fulfill this for entry level folks.
