What after Zomato?

I joined Zomato for a work life balance as I was from the Finance industry and used to work 6-6.5 days a week for 10-11 hours a day. I'm enjoying my time here but it's an individual role in sales and I'm provided 8 LPA for Tier 2 city. My peers are getting a little higher but my colleagues from the previous industry are making 12 LPA on average. I don't want to go back to finance, plus I want to engage in a team leading role. Can anyone suggest?

Depends city to city. Previously till January this year, we were having 5 day office + 1 day WFH, and we would end the day max at 6 p.m. Nowadays Saturdays are working and sometimes we are on the sheets on Sundays as well.
