May I know the designation hierarchy for TCS? Also with 10years experience which is the best or possible designation does they provide ?

ASET -> ASE -> SE -> SSE -> ITA -> Assistant consultant -> Consultant after this there are some position like team leader, project manager, program manager, delivery manager, group head, ISU head, VP and president then C level officers. On technical end Architect, solution architect, enterprise architect kind of position is also there

I am a mainframe developer with 10 years experience and have an offer from both TCS (25 lpa) and Capgemini (28 lpa). Which one could be a better choice overall, and not just monetary?
