I am an SDE-1 at a product company for the past 1.8 years, I need help with the things / qualities I should develop so that I hopefully get promoted in the next cycle. I wish to show a lot of ownership but in our team, the work gets shared with senior engineers, so it seems or appears that we get overshadowed by them.
