What are your views on upraised PM salary report

Seems to be inflated by 10% or more what do you think?

0-3 yoe: 21+ 2.4+ 10 = 33.4 3-6 yoe: 36.7+ 5+ 20 = 61.75 6-9 yoe: 51+ 7 + 28 = 86 9+. yoe: 60+ 10+ 40 = 111

Fixed + variable + esops

Seems accurate
Too high > 20% of reality
Too less. Salaries are much higher normally

I thought the same but some folks who I showed the report to are saying this seems correct. Wanted to check with more folks.. let’s see

Although my salary is greater than what they’ve portrayed for my YOE(3) but I know for a fact that my case has been an outlier. None of my friends are remotely near these numbers mentioned by them

Mine is 46+5+20 at a series B company for 3 YOE

Just looked at their data set - most of their data points are from companies who are unicorn and above which explains the case. This won't be true for most PMs today as PMs in these companies are post MBA from IIM/ISB

It seems largely correct, 70% of the details are correct imo.

Good to hear the other side. Can you mention a couple of firms which are actually offering these CTCs. I know that Uber, Google, Meta, Amazon offer these CTCs. Anything from the startup space?
