What do you do other than work ?

I mean what are some of hobbies that you are doing

be it health-wise, sports, trips, other activity ?

something that add an extra layer of intrest in your life, that break monotonous working vibe

reduce pressure of always being productive

I love gardening. Working with your hands makes it a very calming hobby. Also like reading, especially fiction. I try to exercise 4-5 times a week, it's a great stress buster. I also try to keep doing some pet projects like drawing, creating something DIY etc. I have realised in the last coyple of years that your job shouldn't be your identity and that its extremely important to do other things that give you happiness.
