Saw the difference between premier institutions and tier 2, tier 3 colleges. It is all about the ecosystem and environment they built over the years and what I plan for is to provide this as a service to colleges where we build the entire ecosystem for them.

We will build everything from the ground up from building community to having multiple benchmark events, have this work as a self running community of communities platform. It would have several niche clubs, and small it services business running inside and more. Making this a funded innovation launchpad.

All of this backed by an Al ecosystem that provides individual mentorship, personalized learning, collaborative space, access to stakeholders, funds and much more. Learning by doing, not just tech but everything. Every student would be part of all technical, non technical, social and administrative responsibilities throughout their engineering.

We also want to include parts of college administration overtime into this that could help with automating their SOPs and focussing more towards innovation and not administration. (We already built 3 modules based on request from a college)

Imagine a network of such innovation launchpads, premium student community that learns, evolves and earns by itself through the power of competitive community based learning => better quality of engineers.

What do you think? I just went all in for this idea, got the company registered and we need funds. Would this work? Do help me out

Working on something similar, we should get talking. Have experience in coaching for Management entrance tests and have been working with the said Tier 2 college students.

There surely is a gap but working how to create the value and get that first set of paying customers is where the challenge would be.

Shall we get talking?
