I was very good employee in a good company. I was doing good work. But I have this habit of speaking truth or you can say I am very bold in nature. I speak without thinking any consequences because it's kind of true. So I had small fight with my manager because he was giving me projects based on very vague timelines. They put me on pip because of this and removed me from the job. That hurts me most as I lost self confidence on me. PIP really puts you down whether it's justifiable or not.
P.S. I got another job within 20 days and got promotion as well

Mostly had a great year, family was lower middle class 2 years back, recently bought a new house in tier 2 city, new car, can see real good amount accumulated in bank, at leat my family dont have to think about money anymore, can not ask for more, had few heartbreaks last year but dunki was the latest disappointment🥲

2023 broke some many things in me
Broken relationships: Often, when you see any relationship getting broken, fix it, then and there may, it is a friendship or relationship. I lost both.
Choosing the right environment: You are what you live in, it takes years of practice to develop a mindset to not get influenced by it. I would highly recommend being very careful of your surroundings.
Time passes by, and you can’t do shit about it. I guess no explanation is needed.

2023 was a mixed bag for me. On the plus side I got engaged. On the other hand, I am not really happy with my job right now. My timings have changed from morning shift to afternoon shift. Moreover, the work environment isn't really great to be honest. My parents tell me to be grateful for having a decent paying job and take it with a chin up and I do agree with them up to an extent. But I really don't know what I should do at the moment. How do I keep myself motivated to do this day in day out or at least start preparing for interviews
