What is the ctc offered by deloitte for the role 'consultant - risk control and design' for 3 YOE ?

I have got an offer from one of WITCH for 31 LPA CTC with 10% variable. I have cleared Deloitte round 2 and waiting for HR round. How much more do you think can i quote to Deloitte ? NOTE: I have 9 YOE with Accenture in SAP dev...
