My strategy to apply is even simpler

I usually apply with my Proof of Work as a cold email straight to the Design Lead/Head of Design with a pitch into how it will help them.

Got my last 3 jobs this way.

I don't think HRs are active anywhere. Tried LinkedIn, Naukri, Wellfound, Hirist.

These platforms simply crawl other career page and get it on their websites or if it's EasyApply then it is simply to follow LinkedIn Followers.

There are thousands of fake job postings which companies post to garner traction or fake promote about their growth which can indirectly affect their Share Price.

Most of the so-called Hiring Managers or Talent Acquisition personnel won't even respond to your mails or messages. This does state alot about the company's HRs, Values and Work Ethics.
