I never thought I would have to start afresh when returning back to work after my maternity leave. I naively thought I can pick up where I left. But the reality stroke me hard. Any similar experiences and tips to ease this transition?
Why is the company so strict in WFO? Do they really worry about collaboration with the team? Being with family and doing the work achieve the deliverables is good right.
