What should be Package range for Business Analyst post with 3 yrs of experience and MBA in Business Analytics

Hey is it worth being a Business analyst ? Currently I'm a CA student (inter) its been a while and now i want to start from somewhere. What would be the starting package one could expect in Delhi ?

I am having 11 year of experience in software development in .net technologies. Currently I am doing MBA in Business Analyst. Wanted to know the carrier opportunity for data analyst role with development background.
