I’m a platform architect and working with a unicorn. I have been in this role for over 3 years and I am getting 60lpa right now. I have my review coming in soon and I have a feeling that I should get better package. I don’t have ESOP. What is the FAANG salary right now and what about other companies with reasonable funding?
