Should I work at well-named startups or companies to work at (eg: CRED, Infosys, etc) with less pay?
Or Should I work at unknown startups or companies (eg: early-stage startups or local companies) with higher pay? (x2 the salary here). ...

A well named startup or company at slightly lower pay?
A high payed salary from the startup or a company that no one ever heared of...
Example: Currently I am making 12 LPA as a marketer. But I am worried about my future as I am finding it tougher to get hired for salary anything above than this.
How about working at a fancy startup? (meesho, sugar, CRED, etc.) at a lower pay like 10 LPA - will it secure my future? As people prefer to hire ex-employee from these fancy startups.
Or should I be searching for a 15 LPA or 20 LPA job but from a company or startup that no one ever heard about, adding no value to my CV while working there

Opt for the latter, not just money wise
But, you will have more control over the marketing domain + you will learn a lot + better growth opportunity + a good place to showcase your skillset that you have grown this XYZ company multi-folds
