Need suggestions

I have approx 5.5 years of experience, the experience belongs to startups only. Where I have managed majorly central ops, product ops and category management.

Current situation:

Now my current company is a sinking ship,which had raised 45 million in 2021 . A lot of layoffs have already happened. Salaries are almost a month delayed. There is no clarity if the company will survive or not.

My career situation:

I'm trying to apply for the jobs but somehow not receiving any revert. Shall I down my expectations in terms of salary and look for the survival with some mnc or shall I keep trying for the startups so I can maintain my salary.

Currently I'm in a pretty big dilemma on how to overcome this.
