Need Suggestions

I am currently working as a Senior Software Engineer getting 20LPA. Was looking for a job change since 3-4 months. Finally received one offer which is from a startup of 9-10 people giving me 30LPA. Startup is good and it is there since last 4 years. After working in MNCs for last 7 years I am confused if I should consider this offer or not.
