Joined a company recently. The work is similar to what I was doing earlier. I have been given responsibility to train people. I used to do that in my older role as well. New Lead has kept a person in training to monitor the session. This goes on only in my session. People who joined with me and who have a same role like me don't have such monitors in their sessions. This monitor reports back to the lead. I am feeling really bad rn. The performance at my last company was good. Idk why I am getting this treatment in my new job. It's just been 1 month and I feel the work environment is going to be toxic. Am I panicking in vain? What should I do ?
