I am working with Oracle from last 2 years on IC3 position with no hike. Recently, I received an offer from another product based company with 50% hike. But now My team is planning to retain me with same offer and IC4 promotion.
What should I do? Should I stay or resign ?
Stay and continue looking. Use the revised new comp to negotiate elsewhere. That's the way.
