Resign and move . Believe me you will regret to stay in Tcs in long run. I came to tcs from Accenture but regret to come here. Trying to move out of tcs asap.

They are bluffing. Pretty standard corporate trick.
Once to got retained they will squeeze the juice out of you.
I have resigned, just move on.

Onsite just for 2 months? It is not even worth a thought. 50% is a good enough hike, get moving

What would be your earnings in Onsite ? Country? Perdiem ? Etc I would insist to join new company

Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...

Choosing next level career

I'm having 12.5 years of experience working in TCS, my client organisation offering me to work in their company with 40% increment from salary.

Please suggest whether I can go with new offer or stay with TCS.
