What to choose 40% salary hike or WLB

I received an offer from a startup with 40% hike through a connection . But I am comfortable with the work life balance in my current company and working on a great product. What to choose now ?

Current role : SDE 1, YOP : 1.5 years

At yoe go for hike. Also you dont know if the new company has better or worse WLB. If it doesn't work out, can get another hike on this hike.

Apart from WLB i am working in an e-commerce product with lot of challenging new tasks. But new company is a SAAS company so i think work will be limited for frontend role. Is it a factor ??

Our appraisal circle will start in march and hike will be hardly 25-30%. I talked with my manages and he refused to give any hike.
